Today in the lesson we presented our film plan and pitched our idea to the rest of the class. We did this in the form of a powerpoint and spoke about it at the front of the class, all the while the presentations were being film so that we could view them back and post up onto the blog.
What was involved was trying to create an idea and in turn think up the props, setting, location, story and the cast for this.
We also recieved feedback about of film pitches after preparing a questionairre to give to the people we interview. This too was filmed and will be posted up onto the blog.
The audience ffedback we recieved for are presention was very positive. There was some constructive critizim about are new film trailor idea but we have taken that into account.

Phone Booth
Phone Booth is a 2002 American suspense-thriller about a man who is held hostage in a telephone booth by a sniper.
Plot:
Stu is an agent for people wanting to get famous in New York city. You see him and think he's all high and mighty, like he is the greatest person on earth, but truth be told, his life isn't so glamourous. He enters a phone booth to call one of his clients - who he is using to cheat on his wife with - and they flirt a bit. Then, as Stu gets out of the phone booth, it rings. Stu of course answers it and is stuck in the game of an insane sniper. A ringing phone has to be answered, doesn't it? The budget for this film is a seriously low budget film but it isnt a massive hollywood high spending. It is interesting to see where the money was spent as the majority of the film was spent in a phone booth.

Audience Feedback For Film Pitch
In are Media lesson we pitched our ideas for are practise movie or movie trailor. By doing this exercise we managed to be able to collect feed back from the other students in the class. There where many ideas people came up with and some of the ideas where not feisable because of the time frame we where given as it was only a mock film or trailor.
I was in a group with Jack Welch, and Jeremey Razzel. The idea we ended up deciding on, after coming up with a short movie idea and a serious film was a comedy based on two over weight police men who get in sticky situation because of there size. After a paticulary embarrassing incident the two cops find themselves banashed from the force.
